Yeah, overall HG is not a wise investment. The upside to HG is that you get the nice house now, rather then taking your time and earning it through wise investment and time. Think of it as a lease. They may lease a BMW now, but in 5 years they are walking while you still own a camry. The chapters that stay on campus will more then likely form into what fraternities are supposed to be about. A relatively small number of like minded, quality individuals. An example of this can be seen at UVA where joining a fraternity is a huge deal and most chapters dont go over the 40 member mark even though the majority of their houses are mansions. Meanwhile the HG chapters will end up killing one another.

As Pike, LXA, or Phi Delt if the Grove sucks. Trust me, that is the future.

I heard Tau Ep's rush was invite only, and they are busing the invites out to a few of their Alum's beach houses on St. George. One day is offshore fishing, which would be badass, another day is beach party.
