Good job TEPs repping yourselves by posing as frats you WISH you were in. By the way, make sure you get your facts straight, Theta Chi will be the reason KSig gets kicked off. Not Phi Tool. They had enough trouble keeping the cops from busting them than to worry about busting someone else.

The reality is Tau Ep runs this school. Mad alumni with MAD $$$$. I heard they are buying up land as we speak and building a huge Tau Ep compond....gonna be SICK!!!

Anyone know what the deal is with the houses on college ave? the ones that are being renovated i mean. Thanks for an honest answer.

the one by painted is being renovated to be a fraternity house but not sure who will get it. the rumors i've heard were phi sig and kappa sig. the other one's becoming a restaurant that is supposedly owned by the same owners as pots and will have an upper room for socials.
