Without any bias, Tier II fraternities cont.'d:

ΣΝ - ?Sigma Who? tarnishes them, and they have yet to prove otherwise. Oh wait, they did get Phi Sig?s old house. That?ll be their benchmark for the next 5-6 years (prove me wrong).
ΘΧ - IMO, will be this year?s fraternity of the year, but what does that really mean or count for? Brown-nosing with administrators won?t win you any friends or improve your status with other Greeks. Just ask Phi Tau.
FIJI - Still trying to figure out these guys. They?re cool until you mention you?re Greek, then they get this air of arrogance that isn?t deserved. As a fraternity, their only ?claim to fame? is Cheers for Charity. That?s it. Nothing social.

From what I've seen, Pi Kapps look like another Sigma Pi and I haven't seen any SAEs. I think they had a bigger presence when they were kicked off...
