Is jumping on the cyberfratting bandwagon along with the swigs and the teps. Although they are not an awful frat, there is nothing good to say about them and will never be top. Low tier 3/ high tier 4 at best. Sorry phi gams

The only news or rumors I've heard is that Phi Sig and KSig are trying to get it. I didn't know FIJI was in that mix too, but I know they've been raising money. I don't think TKE, Theta Chi, or Sigma Pi have the money to move and I think Phi Tau is holding out to see if ATO's lot becomes available. This is the first I've heard of the Governor's mansion.

If all you can do to make yourselves feel better is go on Greek rank and continuously vote you know you have no socials and your fraternity blows change your name all you want but if you can't go Teke go TEP
