just wanted to add that you're definitely NOT the richest frat since you don't even have letters on your "house" and PIKE still dominates in everything, including being the richest frat on campus with their multi-million dollar house.

Was talking to a Tau Ep alum this weekend up in the Univ Center Club, he said their plans are to have two houses (keep the current one on campus for tailgating and a place to chill when you are in btwn class), and then have a mansion over in the Grove on the All Tool Order lot. That would be sick!
