I would move Phi Tool to Tier 3, TKE to tier 4, Tau Ep to tier 4

The only reason Phi Tau made Tier II is because they've been solid in IMs thus far this semester, they're paired with Theta for homecoming and rumored to be paired with Zeta for DM. The last one alone couldn't be pulled by a tier III frat unless they're the 4th or 5th pair.

TKE is Tier III because they finally get it and have been working hard to recruit solid guys and most girls are already talking about TKE Freak, one of the solid annual greek parties.

TEP is Tier III mostly because as horrible as they have been on this site, they are still far better than Pi Lam, AEPi, Chi Phi, Pi Kapp, Phi Psi, and Sigma Pi. I could agree with you to move them to 4 though, lol.

That makes sense if we are talking Fraternity of the Year Tiers, I was saying move Phi Tool down due to the amount of weird kids they have.

I don't know any of them personally and the ones I've seen at the IM fields or around campus don't seem weird, but like said, I don't know them. I'll just take your word for it.
