This site is a complete joke, first it was dominated by a bunch of Kappa Sigs now by the entire TEP pledge class.

Who will buy the new college ave house

From what I know, the Swigs have the best shot at it, but Phi Sig's are trying hard to get it. They have no money and apparently Kappa Sig just won some court case and got some major cash. I've also heard just about every other house some way involved, but who knows. The Swigs have been talking about this for close to a year, so they probably know the owners pretty well.

If they do make the move, having them and KA that close will lead to some great fights.

There was an anonymous bid for the lot over 4 months ago, the buyer will be announced mid-February. I have heard it is a non-greek organization

no shot tep or fiji are top ten. but ur all idiots for believing that the person saying tau ep is really in tep. i asked a couple kids i know in it and they said nobody in tep has ever used the name "tau ep." Also... phi tau should be much higher people are hating on them for no reason.

i also talked to a guy in tep and he said that the entire tau ep thing started on this website and that they have never said it was there name once. the boys in tep i know are cute and sweet!

It's time we all let this site go. We all know no one is in the frat they claim to be in making the rankings bogus. However, I doubt anyone truly cares where they were actually ranked. However, it is funny to read what people say about your fraternity, as long as you don't take it seriously and get mad...

Some of the older creepers still live in the past and use TEP, however Tau Ep passed the chapter vote 2 to 1. It is Tau Ep now, a tier 1 fraternity.

Not sure who the best is but I know TEP has to be the biggest joke. Go look at their rankings and tell me some of the stuff their pledges are posting about Hooters and expensive cars is not some of the funniest stuff you have ever read. Funniest thing though is the TEPs seriously think that someone will believe that crap.

The new IM jersies were just ordered, and yes they say Tau Ep on the front in script, it is Tau Ep, not TEP - We are reborn
