It is Tau Ep, not TEP (the name is not going to stick if our older creepers keep coming on here and calling use TEP). I know you all voted for TEP, but TAU EP won 2 to 1 in the chapter vote

TEP, Tau Ep, the story's the same. Haven't even heard "Tau Ep" in public much less see it written out like that on ANYTHING. You're still a fraternity lost in its own little world thinking the ranking and "house" will make you a top tier frat. I will say that this is probably the most anyone has talked about you in forever. Too bad it's on a website and most of it's not good stuff...

Tau Ep. Leading the way:
I heard that after all the positive results of the 'Tau Ep' rebranding campaign, TEKE will be following suit with a chapter vote to re-image away from the 'If you can't go greek, go TKE" slogan, to a more prestigious and intimidating "TAU KAP"

Phi Tool has no cash, no credit is possible under current market. Also, they already have a Tool Shed. Tau Ep has cash in hand, ready to go.

That would be huge for those guys, as they are tier 4 now due to the name TEKE, Tau Kap would allow them to move to Tier 2

Phi Tool couldn't afford a two bd shanty in frenchtown, much less our future lot.

sigma phag epsilon is in the same boat as ATO, a defaulted lease, no financing, frozen credit markets and TAU EP with cash in hand.

No use arguing with TEP. They'll still be arguing this when Phi Tau or whoever has started construction thinking they're still going to buy it from under them cause "they have the money."
