The good news is our team is full of freshmen who are making freshmen mistakes. We will be VERY tough to beat the next couple of years as they mature. I definitely think we will be top 10 material, if not next year, definitely the year after.

Tau Ep (not TEP) is number one because they now own the biggest lot in heritage grove (ATO) and will soon own the biggest house.

That Lease contract is dated 2003 and it says that ATO has 3 years to start a house or is in default. Looks like Tau Ep is telling the truth.
