These rankings need a few more objective to be accurate so i'll pitch my own.

Top Tier: Pike, Lambda Chi, Sigma Chi

2nd Tier: KA, Delt, Phi Sig, Phi Delt, (All pretty close to the top except Phi Sig... sorry guys you need a house first)

3rd Tier: Kappa Sig, Sigma Nu, FIJI (Take your pick)

4th Tier: TKE, TEP, Chi Phi, AEPi

Un-Mentionables: Theta Chi, Pi Lamb, Sigma Pi
