Its quite obvious someone Greek is writing these things. He knows way too much to be a GDI. Its pretty hilarious though.

you're allowed to give bids whenever you want, and most good fraternities give early bids for kids they've gotten to know a lot better than guys that come to the house for the first time during rush

It's smart to bid guys you already know that will accept, especially if they're freshmen. They become your best promoters to other freshmen and will bring around their friends who will most likely want to rush the same fraternity.

I think if you wait until rush to give a guy who's been around all summer a bid, you have a great risk of losing him to another fraternity.

Another thought: Since no one makes a big deal out of Greek Week anymore, I say we initiate a Greek Olympics, American Pie style! I think this is the best way to promote Greek Unity and expand our dominance on campus!

No, I meant AMERICAN PIE style. The Beta House movie to be more exact. I refuse to watch Greek (but obviously you don't). I will go see College when it comes out though...
