real rankings knows what hes talking about... the rating that is on greekrank right now is whack. how is sigma nu above lambda chi.... Lambda chi should move up a few spots and KA needs to move down a few notches. other than that it sounds pretty accurate.

You can't rank the fraternities at FSU together because there are two types of them. The first tpe, more South Florida/northern fraternities like you would see at, idk Penn State. Then there are the "SEC" types fraternities, which have that "croakies and coastas" mentality and all that. I forgot about the ones who don't fit either stereotype, but those are the low one's anyways.

You're exactly right, and KA fits the "SEC" fraternity style perfectely

No fraternity will be able to buy it without the other fraternities interested in it knowing. So these guys that come on and say that they bought it are obviously liars. If/when it gets bought, it wont be a sudden thing.

These rankings are b/s. Ranking should be done by athletics, number of people that rush, percentage of people to accept bids. And sorority relations. If rankings were like this top four in no order would be pike, delt, sigma chi, lambda chi. phi sig dont kid ur self ur just barley top 5
