spring rush

So I am considering rushing in the spring and I am just curious to the process? Also what sororities typically take new members and do some top tier sororities take new members as well? Thanks!

Why does it matter if it's top tier? You should be picking the chapter that's a best fit for you. I already question your motives of going Greek.
