All three were built by the same builder and designed by the same architect. Each design was influenced by the alumni of Pike, LXA and Phi Delt. Pike is one building, LXA is two buildings and phi Delt Is three buildings. All three are great houses, alumni-owned and sitting on long term land leases.

LXA hasn’t been living in that house since you were in middle school possibly even elementary. Pike is in 1, Sigma Pi is in 2, and i’m not even sure who’s in the third at the moment some bottom tier frat took over phi delts house

We have been to parties at Pike and Sigma Pi and both were huge. Fun tailgates at Pike and Halloween bash at Sigma Pi. Haven't been to the other.

Sigma Pi is pathetic. Look at them pretending to be girls who think they are relevant. They think that they are Pike level because they got ZBTs old house.

1. Delta Chi Mansion - Huge three story chapter
house. Two rows of two story townhouses. Has best
biggest party courtyard.
2. Pike Mansion - Giant Horseshoe, nicest current
condition, good party court yard, great place to
take gameday pics
3. Sigma Pi Mansion - kind of like Sigma Pi, nice but
kinda weird and odd, really nice chapter house but
has separate dorm area that is more like barracks.

Delta chee, nothing you say about sigma pi will make you any less creepy or unattractive, as a fraternity full of virgins i would think you guys would want to keep quiet

Yeah uh the sigma pi house has huge yard with a real basketball court, a putting green, a fire pit and a few smokers, but you’re right phi delts empty court yard is better

If you really look at all three, arial view in like google earth, pike is like significantly beefier and just overall nicer lol. Weird how one of phi delts buildings is angled and stuff
