Personal opinion is KA is super overrated, so my rank will be a little different

Sig Ep / Sae
Kappa Sig / ka
Fiji / sigma pi
Delta chi / beta

The mid 4 can be switched around depending on your preference in guys and experience with them. They’re pretty much the same. Good guys in all four. Some of these frats smarter than others if that matters to you. Top and mid sororitys like them all. No drama and no big egos.

Yep this is very good. After all of the frats getting kicked off in 2017/2019, Sig Ep and SAE(in my opinion) have really taken advantage of the empty spots and vastly improved. Sig Ep moved on campus and is building a new house, and SAE just built their courtyard and seems like they’re throwing events literally every night.
Kappa Sig could be so much better than they are right now, but... they just don’t do very much. Hoping they figure it out soon. Same with KA.
But SAE and Sig Ep are definitely two groups to watch going into rush. Certainly not top-tier by any means but two great houses
