Top tier move is to get out of heritage. When will people realize that House and letters don’t make the frat. The people in the frat make the frat. Delt has a shack and they’re one of the best frats here.

This is it. Heritage has gotten worse and worse over time. Yes the houses are nicer but the location is horrible. On campus has become the move in recent years and the houses at heritage will drop because of this.

I went to ZBT Terror, it was never that fun. YouTube videos don't mean anything, especially those ones that are produced for Greek life. They're so shallow.

That is IF Phi Delt returns in 2020. That means all of their actives will have long since graduated. Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi, and Sigma Nu are all technically “off suspension” too but I don’t think there are any plans for them to recolonize any time soon.

they may fool a couple kids into rushing them but their dues are gonna be more expensive and everyone is leaving heritage anyways. anyone going out of their way to uber to heritage will only be going to pike/phi tau

And Phi Tau can’t even hold tailgates at their house this fall, so if girls are going to heritage for tailgates it’ll pretty much ONLY be for pike.

@cmon people are going to be pissed when they haven’t even fully moved in and they’re already on greek rank moving them selfs up past 3-4 fraternity’s, delta chi is still the same boring lame frat they have been for years, only difference is 10 brothers moved into phi delts house

Pretty sure it’s everyone in Delta Chi’s new house man. Idk why it matters if 18 brothers live in there right now if in 1-2 years all the rooms are filled and it’s poppin off in that house. But, hey you seem to have it figured out I guess lmfao.
