why the $ difference?

Why are some sororities $4000 a year and others $7000 a year? Is it the food or trips or house upkeep? I don’t get it. That’s a big difference over four years.

Newer houses are going to be more expensive and need to stay full so they are not as selective with new members just want to make sure the new member can pay bill.

For the difference in other houses some sororities are just better at being fiscally responsible. Some sororities include the price of all the fun stuff they do in dues and others allow members to pay for what they use or participate in.
