advice for freshman rushees (fraternity)

First and foremost have a good time with rush, it can be intimidating but its a hell of alot of fun going out and meeting people.

Second, please be yourself, dont try to be someone else cause you will end up in a house you dont it in just cause you think you want to be there.

Third, Yes there are rankings posted left and right on this page with things being said about each house, but take it all with a grain of salt everyone has an opinion and an agenda on here. Every house has awesome brothers. Go into rush with an open mind (go to house preview 100%) and then roll with it. if you dont get into your top house it wasnt meant to be TRUST the process

fourth and finally. Again have fun you only rush once and its a week of straight partying (hopefully) and its you may be nervous but all of the brothers in all the houses have been where u are, dont take anything personally and have an open mind and go where u want to go not where someone says is "better", where u feel you can be yourself and make real friends.
