colored hair during recruitment
by: colorful galHi I want to dye my hair pink or teal pastel with dark roots. I know I shouldn't have to ask this but will having colored hair affect my changes of getting a bid somewhere?

If you consider yourself a colorful gal and that is your style, I would highly suggest doing this before rush so you will get a bid in a house with girls you can form a sisterhood with who share your vibe. I definitely would not rush with a natural hair color, get a bid and then go pink, blue, purple, etc. Not good. Some houses are more hip than others and some houses are very classy and refined. And I’m not saying you can’t be a classy gal who has pink hair but........ you just don’t want to be stuck in a sorority where you could possibly not be able to make/keep friends when you go teaI. I firmly believe there is a house for everyone. So be your true colorful self during rush to find the house that is perfect for you.
