hi I heard we can't wear strapless dresses for rush is that true? is there any other outfits I should stay away from too?

You will be running from house to house dripping in sweat with uncomfortable feet and hair that is ruined due to the humidity. I wouldn’t add strapless to that. Plenty of cute dresses and tops that are not strapless. Save strapless for happy hour. As said above, you want to look poised so there are lots of choices to look out for.
