1. I would lower phi tau, they will be on social suspension for a long ass time, you can’t have a fraternity in the top 5 when they can’t have any social events for years to come.
2. when is the last time SAE has done any kind of event that has had hype behind it like the events KA has had? KA is definitely in front of sae, they beat them in every aspect all the way from their party’s to their quality of brothers and their sorority relations.
3. Sigma pi needs to be behind Sae, I don’t think sigma pi is as good as sae but their new house and last 2 pledge classes have moved them past fiji imo.
Lastly no shot delta chi is above beta, beta is in a better location and a slightly better house

dude longer than a year, not only are they screwed with the school but also their nationals for the Snoasis party, 2 years Minimum, believe me if you don’t think this will effect them in terms of rush you’re wrong. who wants to join a fraternity that isn’t allowed to have parties or any social events?

Im pretty sure phi tau is only on social suspension for like year, which isn’t that difficult for a top frat to overcome imo. Plus I don’t think Sigep is anywhere near them or theta chi.
