So, from what I’ve read on this site Zta kd ddd Adpi Dg are the most sought after houses. Absolutely going into rush with an open heart and don’t have any true preferences. Reviewing social media I can see why Zta is a stand out and kd looks great along with the others.
Is there really that much of a difference between these houses vs others? Is it just purely campus status? If you are committing to an organization financially and emotionally for four years what criteria did you find to be most decisive.? I’m also not naive to believe the top tier haters viewpoints regarding sisterhood because obviously their success continued. Please offer some thoughtful insight . So appreciative and beyond grateful to be an incoming Nole!

These are all great houses. Yes they are highly sought but also very competitive to get into particularly Zta kd Adpi Dg.
Those are great groups no doubt and yes campus favorites.
I think what swung me most in choosing my house was the connections I made coupled with their philanthropy. You do spend a great deal of time focused on philanthropy so be sure that’s something you can get behind with people who also have those values.

Sisterhood does truly vary at houses. Some houses focus more strongly on their sisterhood and some don't....and there is nothing wrong with that. You will see the different "personalities" of each house during Rush. You might be surprised that your view will change throughout Rush. What might be your "Dream House" at the beginning, might be at the bottom of your list by the very next round. I had a girl in my Rush Group who was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen. Everyone was positive she would be a KD, ZTA, ADPI or DG. She told me, after Round One, she wanted a certain Mid-Tier sorority. She said she knew they were her "people". She felt a connection. That is where she ended up and she's loved it! I know it sounds cliche but the sororities at FSU are pretty much fantastic. Go where you feel "comfortable" and loved.

My best friend and I preffed top tier but, after soul searching and being true to ourselves, ultimately chose different mid tier houses to call home. You won’t understand until you go through rush but you’ll just know when you find your people. I couldn’t be any happier at my house with my sisters. There are Great girls in every sorority. My sisters and I have friends in every house. Keep an open mind and take everything you read on this site with a grain of salt. Good Luck!

Dg may not be in the Zta/kd range but they certainly are in the top 5.

Anyone who reads this can clearly see your insecurity and bias. If you are going to respond to what seems to be a sincere inquiry try to hold back on the stereotypical bs and answer the question without dissing other groups. Makes you look like your not
only desperate but also insecure. FYI - mid tier groups are great but so are top tiers!
