Delta Zeta’s house is super nice but their lawn kills it
Overall Zeta’s is def the nicest

I’m not in a sorority at FSU but Alpha Phi has the best house imo.

agd has best and newest house, soon to be tri delt most likely bc they r building new house

Aphi and agd currently have the nicest/newest houses. tri-delta is soon to follow with their new house.

For exterior looks I would say Alpha Phi, AGD, Zeta (no particular order).. Gamma Phi has a pretty staircase out front but I wouldn't say their house is prettiest

At this point in time, Alpha Phi would be the best probably.
