sigma chi

What are they known for? Parties, southern class or what? I'll probably pick EX and disaffiliate from SAE if I come here (legacy at EX and heard SAE isn't great here).

even in the off chance you're able to do that I doubt you'd get a bid. Who does that anyway?

if you read the post you would see that he's a legacy so he's pretty much guaranteed a bid unless sigma chi has some weird policy

Did you read the part of the post where he said he was a member of SAE? I bet that even if they allow it, he won't get a bid.

That won't happen. Any self-respecting fraternity won't bid a kid who dropped his previous fraternity because they're not as great as they are at his old school.

I haven't dropped my fraternity yet. I would appreciate if you could tell me more about Sigma Chi.

don't need to know anymore. Sigma Chi is a strong house, and are unlikely to take a transfer who dropped his letters. Try to help build up the SAE chapter on campus, they were top tier not long ago, but they along with every other top house except Sigma Chi got kicked off. Both Pi Kapp and ATO were top tier just over a decade ago, and both have made strong comebacks, so it could definitely happen for SAE.

I think I'll just check them out during rush to see where I really want to go. But I'm still not sure where to go yet I gotta pick 1 soon so I can register for a transfer orientation. Thanks.

I don't care if you came from the worst fraternity on earth, that's ridiculous. What kind of man drops his letters?

and SAE is a great national at that. Anyone who drops their letters outside of some awful situation with their fraternity probably shouldn't get new ones.
