is phi delt actually kicked off?

Im confused. Is phi delt actually kicked off? Are they not still having what other fraternities have and don’t they have someone running for zeta king? How?

The university does not have the power to tell you who your friends are and who you can associate and socialize with. Even the sororities are pushing back against the bullying and intimidation by student affairs. PDT is no longer recognized by their national as a Phi Delt chapter and maybe they're better off.
