heritage vs college ave

feeling like college ave is becoming the Mecca of Greek life.

Heritage still has Pike but what else.... I guess Sig Ep has been rising but Phi Delt is gone and Sigma Pi is moving in. Everything else in heritage sucks or is suspended.

Meanwhile on college ave Sigma Pi has been replaced by Theta Chi. You have the lit Phi Delt annex house next to KA and SAE who are doing well. Then FIJI and Kappa Sig down the street and it’s all sandwiched between Pots, Derd, and Clyde’s.

Not to mention the benefits of being off campus. Heritage grove is FSU property and that’s why they’re under tighter watch and being raided constantly
