why is sig delt considered bottom tier?

Going off of another post I saw... why is Sig Delt so low in the rankings? They have gorgeous women, an active philanthropy and fun events. They’re super nice and friendly. Shouldn’t they be put up a few tiers at least?

Take out the gorgeous women part and I'd say that's an apt analysis of sig delt. Unfortunately for them, the beautiful women are the only thing that decides the tiers lol.
