delt vs theta chi vs phi tau

I just started rush and I have some friends from high school in all 3 of these fraternities telling me to go there. Obviously everything they tell me is very biased. From what i've seen all of them seem pretty great. What are the pros and cons of each house?

All are good, each is different. You won't make a mistake.
Of the three
Phi Tau is more known to have a good time
Theta Chi is more known to be involved on campus
Delt has relations with the best sororities.
But the truth is they're all three top fraternities and the differences are small.
