Delt is unduly given so much hype

They do 0 community service, have 0 on campus leadership Subpar philanthropy (if any), have an Extremely hard pledge process Financially in shambles with most older brothers having gone inactive Rush here for a huge pledge class you won’t be toght with and probably get balled after 3 or four non-refundable pledge due installments

They will literally steal PNM’s money because they are soflo scum.

This fraternity isn’t top tier anymore. Phi tau and theta chi are more so

Don't discount Delt. OK, no they don't actually "do" anything, but they have great sorority relations, and they are the most secretive FRATERNITY at FSU. If you want to know who's good, ask Pike, ATO, TX and Phi Tau. They'll tell you Delt is a worthy rival.
