phi delt

Phi delt needs to come back. We need competition with pike, ato and delt can compete between them but they are far away from pike and phi delt (when they were a fraternity). The lack of cometiton on top is making fraternities like phi tau and theta chi look good, don’t get me wrong they are solid fraternities but they are far from beeing top tier. We need more competition!!

Getting alcohol vendors to come to the house is near impossible and that’s mandated by the new ifc guidelines. Pike has a nice house sure, but the new culture is not gonna allow them to use their house much at all. There’s 0 difference between pikes, delts, and Atos. There’s goobers and studs in all of them
