rush predictions

Based off of pnm talk and common sense, this is how Rush this year is going to look:
-ZTA- will get a worse PC than last year. People are realizing their fakeness and lack of sisterhood.
-KD- will get a better Pc. Will surpass ZTA.
-DG- falling house. Will most likely get a below average pc again.
-DDD- while many girls preffed here, they will not choose it because of the House situation, leaving Tri Delt with a bad pc once again.
-Adpi- will most likely score a good pc again. Could surpass Tri Delt.
-Theta- looking good for theta. Lots of girls liked them. May move up from mid tier status.
-Pi Phi- falling house. Bad pc.
-Chi O- will get a great PC again and move up in ranks

What about other sororities? APHI, DZ, PHMU, GPHB, etc?
However, I do agree with DG, Zeta, and DDD losing leverage because of what you said.

In my Rho gam group everyone talked about liking theta
axo xo and ZTA. They put on a good rush too
