There are newer houses but none more beautiful than GFB's. The sweeping staircase is unique and spectacular.
GFB is a mid-tier sorority. They seem happy.

My old roommate was in gamma phi and she really liked it, they seemed really chill and were sweet girls

Nice, chill, attractive girls. Very laid back and low-drama (and liked by a lot of frats for that). Gorgeous house. Probably one of the most 420-friendly sororities.
