No, not like that. We need to already have a good idea who everybody is before they show up on our doorstep. We work hard to put faces with names and resumes; if there's a slideshow it's for memorization purposes, so name, hometown, legacy info, activities and honors, anything else pertinent is all pointed out to drill it into our heads, and we can often put actives with pnm's during parties based on things in common. We do identify girls who we are super excited about this way, but we aren't voting or anything based on a slide show and it's not as shallow as you are imagining. Nothing really matters until the pnm's show up in person and we actually meet them.

Can get real hectic during parties and sometimes girls can't remember the full name of a PNM they met, or they might be girls with the same name(it happens). Slide shows help keep us straight.
