which frat is the best?

There is a chance that I'll be transferring here next fall and I'm a legacy to Sigma Chi, ATO, and Pi Kapp. Of all three of those which is the best?

all 3 are strong houses, and are considered among the more "Southern" ones at FSU, but generally Sigma Chi would be the top rated of them. ATO and Pi Kapp are both good too, and they were top tier with Sigma Chi back before getting kicked off campus in the late 90s/ early '00s, and have made fairly strong comebacks since returning. Honestly, just check them all out if you have the time, and see which you like best.
