Replace Theta Chi with ATO.
Actually, make it this way:
Pike
Delt/Phi Tau/ATO
KA/Kappa Sig and maybe MAYBE Theta Chi.

I'm not married to the answer, but here goes.
Phi Tau is bigger than Delt, is just as good at partying and can house more brothers. Neither one has any presence on campus in student government or athletics.
Kappa Sig is better than they get credit for. They don't have a reputation but the members are solid and the chapter is big and have a great house. Yes, Theta Chi is building a great house, but get back to us when you have something to offer.
