When are new members allowed to live in the house?

It just really depends on the fraternity. I don't think pledges are ever allowed to live in the Delt house or the Pike house but that's just a matter of preference. I'm sure there are fraternities that will allow pledges to move in. No hard an fast rule.

Thanks, also if a pledge or new member moves to the house, how do they cancel the dorm or apartment lease? Can they even do it?
