When is ΣΠ moving to heritage grove? How do you think a bottom tier frat as Sigma pi will do in such a mansion?

They're renting the LXA house for a while. Also, Sigma Pi is not 'bottom tier'. Sigma Pi is a large fraternity at FSU with substantial achievements. And they will get even better in the new house.

Who cares, they are bottom now and they will bottom then. Yall need to understand a new house doesnt automatically make u better, look at SAE for instance, they got worse
