Tri delta is not above DG let’s be real... plus you really think they will get any good girls this year not having a house? I’d choose my second choice WITH a house over tri delt with no house for a whole year. No thanks.

Theta is not that high. Tri-Delt is not higher than DG either. Top 5 are the same 5 but I would mix it up. Theta is nowhere close to Top-5.
