Nobody is on a part with Pike now that Phi Delt is gone. Delt is not screwed. KA is good, Phi Tau is good, ATO is good.

Whoever wrote this is definitely trolling:
Phi sig isn’t even a frat anymore.
Theta Chi is definitely solid, well respected but no one will ever be on pikes level.
It’ll also be interesting to see who gets the Phi delt house
