Just announced the judge dropped hazing charges! All the crap that FSU Greeks have had to eat this year. Do you think Pi Kapp can come back now?

No, the judge dropped FELONY hazing charges. Felony hazing is an intentional act that leads to injury or death. They are still charged with MISDEMEANOR hazing, which is creating a situation where injury or death could occur. They didn't take care of one of their own. That is not ethical at the very least, never mind illegal.
