fraternity rush 2018 fall

1)pike: house/alumni/money is unprecedented. Pikes of the Caribbean would have been the best spring event if it didn’t get shut down

2) ATO: valhalla/took a large pledge class/ wealthy/7 town homes/block party vibes. Paired w/kd

3) delt: house is close to college ave, decent house, good social rep. Didn’t really do much in the spring. Dropping in rank for sure

4) phi tau- snoasis is the only thing i really like by them

5)ka/ theta chi- lol did nothing in the spring and are definitely middle of middle tier.

6- the rest of the irrelevant fraternities sae, kappa sig lol who even knows which ones aren’t suspended

7- super irrelevant beta, fiji, sigma pi, tke, delta chi,

KA has a MUCH stronger bond, with higher tier sororities, than Theta Chi. No contest. Theta Chi is definitely below KA.
