theta has fallen hard the past few years, I would maybe even say they are lower than piphi so they need to come down at least to XO/piphi level

While theta is dropping no-one else is quite there yet. AXO is coming close
The bottom tiers are also rising like alpha phi, Gamma Phi, and AGD. Wouldn't surprise me if things shifted around next PC

100% right but if it's in any kind of order I would put KD before Zeta. Always been the nicest, prettiest, and most down to earth group of girls overall. Zeta and DG are kinda the same to me but close 2nd/3rd
