rushing as sophomore

I really want to rush this fall what are my chances of getting top tier bid as a sophomore?

I rushed my sophomore year and ended up with my first choice which is considered a top tier sorority. I was dropped by one house through the whole recruitment process. Sororities want well-rounded girls. They care about that more than what year you are.
