the difference between sorority and fraternity ranks

Sorority ranks or tiers are literally 100% based on looks, while fraternity ranks/ tiers are based off there chapter house, who throws the best parties, personality like who’s a goob or a chill guy and then maybe looks are a bit of a factor. Literally why is this okey we are literally allowing a huge group of women to be valued on their looks only like toys. It’s actually not okey, we are literally worth so much more than our appearance
