is 23 too old to be in a sorority?
by: AgeIf you stay an extra year of college is it wierd? And is it weirder to be in a sorority as a 23 year old? Or to just party in general?

Why? Aren't you getting a little tired of it? Your member class has moved on by then and everybody else is so much younger. By senior year most people are getting tired of it and have done all the stuff over and over and are ready for the next thing in life. It's a lot of money to pay just to hang around for more of the same, plus the vast majority of the guys you socialize with are way younger. If you are really really close to the class below you then maybe.

Pledging lifelong fidelity and loyalty to one NPC sorority when you are 18 years old means it's not at all 'weird' nor 'too old' to be in a sorority at age twenty-three.
Nor it is 'weird' to be in school for an extra year at age 23. Students of your age had parents that were forced to wait on kindergarten enrollment if a child had not reached a specific age by September first, no exceptions; many kids then graduated as the oldest in their class (and even older if for any reason they repeated a grade!).
