can people drop out of dnz and rush panhellenic?

No matter what DNZ tells you theyre not Panhellenic so you can Drop them and rush if you want. I'd say to go and try COB you don't have to tell anyone in DNZ and you can drop them if you find something you like more. Warning stats don't like people who always drop so make sure your dedicated
