returning fraternities?

obviously pi kapp wont be back for years but other fraternities are rechartering: TEP, Lambda chi alpha, Sigma chi. I know lambda chi for sure because they already started. and they own the Old ZBT house. Thoughts?

tep sucked when ot was here, would rather see pi lam or sn come back

LXA will be back soon and yes they own their house. TEP is an almost non-existent national and we'll probably never see them again. Pi Lam basically turned in their charter and the members became Alpha Delts.
Sigma Nu was good here and should come back. Sigma Chi was top tier and should come back.
