Saw this on other college pages, but what fraternities have the best houses here?

Pike currently has the largest on campus, 3rd largest in the nation. Phi Delts is pretty sick too. As of next fall Sigma Pi will have the second largest house on campus, 4th largest in the nation. Pike #1, Sigma Pi #2, Phi Delts #3

The Sigma Alpha Epsilon house has more square footage than Pi Kappa Alpha and Phi Delta Theta

Pike definitely has the best house followed by Phi Delt. Then out of heritage kappa sig and fiji both have sick houses with amazing locations. Sigma pi may be taking ZBTs house so that will be interesting to see

Expect LXA to return in 22018 and we will take back our house (we own it). Sigma Pi will be homeless in two years.

Lambda chi alpha is in the rechartering process rn with like 45 kids, the ZBT house sigma pi is renting is owned by Lambda chi national and the alumni. its very safe to say sigma pi will only have that house for a year AT MOST
