by: ?Hey so I’m from California and i don’t know if FSU Greek life is meant for me, it seems so intense and just over the top I mean is FSU still going to have Greek life? Those anyone have any recommendations?

deciding between fsu and another school. greek life here seems so competitive like the sororities don't really like one another and it's so focused on how people look. i feel like during recruitment what i say or what i value isn't gonna matter at all if i don't look a certain way. maybe it would be better at another school?? any advice please :/

That’s not true at all, I have many friends in different sororities. We all went into different chapters and we all still hang out. Yes, rush does have a lot of superficial aspects but at the end of the day they give a bid to girls they think would fit in their chapter. Girls that would get along with most of the other girls. If they don’t like you it doesn’t matter how “hot” you are, you won’t get a bid. It’s based on your conversations with the girls, be yourself and you’ll end up in the right house. You have to go into it with an open mind, everyone will tell you rush sucks bc it does but it’s worth it when you are in a sorority you absolutely love.
