Overrated = DDD and KD

Underrated = any of the "bottom tier" ones, they all have some really wonderful members :)

I would say delta chi is underatee but everyone knows they’re top tier

Most overrated sorority: DG, a lot of beautiful girls but dropped off a little recently

Most underrated sorority: ADPi, feel like no ones talks about them yet they have some really nice and amazing looking girls

Most overrated fraternity: Phi Sig, they didn't have a house and now they were in trouble it's just killed the idea of them being top tier anymore

Most underrated fraternity: Aepi, they're usually spoken about like they're at the bottom of the mid tier but they actually have really fun events

Fraternities: Kappa Sig, SAE
